Unboxing Video Requirements
- The video must start before the parcel is opened.
- Show the parcel from all sides (360-degree view) to clearly confirm that it is fully sealed and untampered.
- Open the parcel on camera and record the entire unboxing process clearly. The recording must be continuous and uninterrupted.
- Videos that are stopped after unboxing and resumed later to show a defect will not be accepted. Fast-forwarding, cuts, trims, edits, or pauses are also not allowed
If the Product Is Defective
- Any defect, damage, missing item, or wrong product must be shown in the same continuous video immediately after opening the parcel.
- The defect must be clearly visible in the recording.
