  • Refund Policy Rules : To help us provide the best customer support, Please note that returns and refunds are only accepted within 3 days of delivery and require a complete unboxing video.
  • Returns are accepted only for items that are visibly defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Unboxing Video Requirements

    • The video must start before the parcel is opened.
    • Show the parcel from all sides (360-degree view) to clearly confirm that it is fully sealed and untampered.
    • Open the parcel on camera and record the entire unboxing process clearly. The recording must be continuous and uninterrupted.
    • Videos that are stopped after unboxing and resumed later to show a defect will not be accepted. Fast-forwarding, cuts, trims, edits, or pauses are also not allowed

    If the Product Is Defective

    • Any defect, damage, missing item, or wrong product must be shown in the same continuous video immediately after opening the parcel.
    • The defect must be clearly visible in the recording.
